The IT Department is proud to announce the availability of Web Site Services, the development and maintenance of web sites, to our Network Sales Representatives. This service will be officially available starting January 1, 2009 and will be maintained by the IT Department. We will start accepting request
forms and answering questions on December 3rd, 2008 and your main point of contact will be Melissa Campbell at extension 304. We also will be providing email services to our Network Sales Representatives, those of you who sign up for our Web Site Services will get 1 email account for free, those of you who do not sign up for the Web Site Services can still get 1 email account for $5 a year.

The technology behind these web sites is meant to give Sales Representatives individuality with the ability to send their own message while keeping a consistent message from the Corporate Office. Each web site will have menus and pages that are maintained by the Sales Representative and other menus and pages maintained by KBLH. There will be 6 web site templates to choose from with the ability to change pictures and text to make each site unique.

Key Benefits:
• Sales Representatives have the ability to update their information when needed. Any menu or page on the Local Menu can be changed or even added to by the Sales Representative.
• A consistent message from the corporate office in the Global Menu.
• One change in the Global Menu updates all Sales Representatives' sites.
• Monthly reports that give you information on how your web site is doing. (# of visits, etc.)
• Sites are built with SEO in mind. Web sites use lots of text, simple fonts and we will constantly work at helping rank your sites on Search Engines.
• You will keep your own URL address. It will not be a Kuhnsbros.com address. By doing this and creating links between your site and the corporate sites helps with Search Engine rankings.

Email Services
As mentioned above each Sales Representative will get 1 email address when purchasing the Web Site Service from us. The email address will be “yourname@kuhnsbros.com.” You will access the email through web services.

Tasks, and Calendar that is linked to the Kuhns Corporate office.
• Email filtering that removes unwanted email.
• Guaranteed delivery of email from corporate employees to the Sales Representative. We will all
be on the same email system.
• 500 MB limit on your inbox.

If you are interested in Email Services but not the Web Services you can still get 1 email address from us at $5 per year. We will only ever supply 1 email address to our Sales Representatives because internal applications and systems will be tied together to send notifications to this email address. Specifically this email address will be used for doing business between the Corporate Office and the Sales Representative.
