Debra AdamsDebra Adams was born and raised in eastern Tennessee and has been associated with log home sales and marketing for over 10 years, previously serving as the Director of Dealer Relations for a well known log home company.  Prior to her introduction to the log home sales market, she worked in travel sales for 26 years, a career that allowed her to travel the world many times.


 

Western Region

Don & Debby WelkerDon and Debby Welker come to Kuhns Bros. with a lifetime of invaluable experience. Don’s experience includes operations management of a small civil engineering firm, and Land Development Manager for another firm.  As a former elected official in both Township and City government, Don has worked with various government officials and agencies and can help their clients through the permitting process. To use his practical and educational experience relating to real estate to the fullest extent, Don obtained his Realtor license in the State of Ohio in 2007 and plans to obtain his Colorado and New Mexico licenses as well. This would allow him to help his clients locate and purchase a lot for their home. Don’s education includes an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Urban Planning and Design and a Master’s in Public Administration.

Debby has had a long career in sales and marketing with a major computer manufacturer. She brings the knowledge of how to find qualified prospects and develop them into delighted log homeowners.  Debby has a degree in math education and her Master's in Business Administration.

As a recent Kuhns Bros Log Home owner, now in the final building phase, Don and Debby will be able to advise their clients on all aspects of their log home decision from finding the perfect lot to getting the building permits, hiring a contractor, arrange financing and making the decorating decisions.

Because of their interest in log homes, Don and Debby visited distributors of several other log home companies and found the Kuhns Bros Log Home drying process and construction process of greater value than other firms.


 

International

Joseph Hamouch, Sr.Joseph Hamouch, Sr. was inspired to become involved in the forestry and lumber business through watching American television in the early 1970’s.  He promised his girlfriend (now his wife) that one day he would build “a log palace” for them and their children.  But sixteen years of Lebanese civil war that brought death and destruction to many families and homes prevented him from making his dream come true.  Now that peace has been restored, Joseph is anxious to bring the beauty and tranquility of Kuhns Bros. log homes to his beloved country.

 

Joseph Hamouch, Jr.Joseph Hamouch, Jr. explained that the annual meeting held in Dublin, Ireland was turning point in his career.  This provided him with the opportunity to meet the Kuhns Bros. international team and discuss the future of international sales and policy.  He will be assisting his father as an international distributor for Kuhns Bros. Log Homes and Country Log Cabins. 

 

 


 

Corporate

Glenn FolioGlenn Folio  is a new corporate sales representative in the Lewisburg Model. He has many years experience working in the log sided modular home market.  Having  over 20 years of experience working with retail customers in his own business, he looks forward to working with new log home buyers.

 

Cher Hyatt has been in the housing  industry   since 1984, working with all aspects from real estate  licenses, to modular homes to  log homes.  In addition she has also worked as general contractor and manager of finance.  ”I selected Kuhns Bros. to be able to help prospects own the best and most complete log home package on the market.  Even with a down-turn in the market, I am confident – cream always rises to the top.  And with the services and products I now have to offer, success is the only result.”
