For Immediate Release – November 15, 2004: The Building Systems Councils (BSC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) announced the winners of its Excellence in Marketing and Home Design Awards during a recent ceremony at SHOWCASE 2004 in Austin, Texas. Kuhns Bros. Log Homes, Inc., a leader in log home manufacturers, was the award winner in the Excellence in Model Home Design – under 2,200 sq. ft. category. Kuhns Bros. also received an Honorable Mention in the Excellence in Marketing CD-Rom/DVD category. The annual awards recognize the finest in marketing materials, model homes, and residential construction in the concrete, log, modular, and panelized home industries.

National Log Home Company Featured on CNBC - October, 2004

On Wednesday, October 27, 2004, Kuhns Bros. Log Homes, Inc., a leader in the log home manufacturing industry, was highlighted on the CNBC Television Station. The segment was sparked by the increased log home sales, which account for 7% in the custom housing industry, and a Log Home Expo being held near the station’s studios. Two custom log homes were featured – one beautifully decorated completed log home and one log home under construction. The footage showed how today’s log homes aren’t like those in Abraham Lincoln’s days. Many are equipped with cathedral great rooms, expanses of glass, state-of-the art kitchens, exquisite master baths and much more.
