The Kuhns family has been involved with the wood products industry for three generations. My grandfather, Carl "Pop" Kuhns started in business with a portable sawmill from Montgomery Ward in 1946. The technology used in making our wood products has changed quite a bit over the years, but some things remain the same. The founding principles passed down by "Pop" - an honest, straightforward way of doing business and a healthy respect for God's earth - endure as the cornerstones of our business today.
